- Contractor to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to provide on-site training at Minot AFB for FY08 to5 CES electricians covering high voltage working procedures and safety. Provide annual on-site reviews and/or critiques of 5 CES/CEOAE high voltage operating procedures. Provide 5th CES with prepackaged safety and training video library for additional 5 CES on-site training. The total cost to include travel, per diem, and training materials.
