- July 18, 2008, Synopsis Update: The Coast Guard is currently reviewing/revising portions of the TraCen Petaluma Solar PPA solicitation package. The date for posting of the solicitation package is now anticipated to be NLT Friday, August 15, 2008. This is an estimated date. Therefore it is highly encouraged that interested vendors register on FEDBIZOPS for this solicitation so that they will receive an automatic Email when the solicitation is posted.
