- Locking Gasket for M40/42 Mask production, initial quantity 75,000 each. NSN: 3XUS9511010. Drawing 5-1-1010 and specification EA-R-1378 and ASTM D3951 are applicable. Government Furnished Property will be provided to awardee. The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation shall be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a base and four one year option periods. Quantities for each year are estimated at 250,000 each; however the Government does not guarantee the quantity in any given year of the contract period. The minimum quantity of 75,000 each for the base period is the only guaranteed minimum quantity to be issued under this IDIQ procurement. First Article is required 15 days after award of contact or 15 days after receipt of government furnished property, whichever is later. The government may visit the contractors facility to witness first-article testing. FOB Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR. Delivery of production quantity shall be at a rate of 22,000 monthly until the total order quantity is delivered. Acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as Militarily Critical Technical Data. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. Solicitation will issue on or after 31 July 2008 with a closing date on or after 29 August 2008. Solicitation may be obtained by fax request to 870-540-4090 or via email to ginger.house@us.army.mil. Provide your company mailing address, telephone and fax number, solicitation number W911RP-08-R-0044 MUST BE is in the subject line of all request. Email request that do not contain the solicitation number in the subject line may be deleted without review. The contract resulting from this procurement will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation requirements; will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors shall submit any technical questions regarding this solicitation to the Contracting Officer, in writing, not later than 20 days after issuance of this Request for Proposal.
