- The United States Transportation Command (USTransCom), TCAQ-R-D, intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for rotary wing aircraft passenger and cargo service in the San Diego and near offshore area. The expected utilization is two trips per month. The ordering period shall begin 1 Aug 2008 or date of award if subsequent thereto, through 31 July 2013 unless terminated or canceled sooner.
