- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-04-G-0004 for the procurement of the design, development, test and delivery of Depot Level Support Equipment and associated Supportvility data to support the Flight Control Module and the Flight Control Module Accumulator, the Ramp Actuator and Ramp Door Actuator and the Main Landing Gear Shock Strut for the MV/CV-22 aircraft. The V-22 support equipment is comprised of twenty-two (22) hardware items. The 22 items of hardware with part numbers are as follows: Linear Variable Differential Transducer Housing Nut Tool P/N F80-0-3039, qty 2 each; Linear Variable Differential Transducer Probe Retainer Tool P/N F80-0-3060, qty 2 each; Barrel Removal Tool P/N 377300AT2, qty 2 each; Deep Socket P/N F80-0-3041, qty 2 each; Check Valve Tool P/N F80-4-98; qty 2 each; Barrel Removal Tool P/N 379900AT2, qty 2 each; Holding Fixture P/N 377300AT1, qty 2 each; Holding Fixture P/N 379900AT1, qty 2 each; Flight Control/Utility Modules Tool Set P/N 901-280-004-001, qty 2 each; Flight Control Module Test Set P/N 901-280-049-101, qty 2 each; Dummy Test Plug P/N 379900TF6-101, qty 2 each; Test Plug P/N F65-0-3447-101, qty 2 each; Test Plug P/N 379900TF3-101, qty 2 each; Dummy Filter P/N 379900TF9-101, qty 2 each; Automated Wiring Test System Cable Set P/N 901-282-500-001, qty 2 each; Hydraulic Test Program Set, Hydraulic Flight Control Module / Hydraulic Flight Control Utility Module P/N 901-282-400-101, qty 2 each; Adaper Set, UUT to Existing NADEP Test Stand P/N N/A, qty 2 each; Ramp Actuator Tool Set P/N 901-282-001-101, qty 2 each; Tool Set P/N 901-282-002-101, qty 2 each; Dummy Test Plug P/N 377552TF6-101, qty 2 each; Ramp Test Fixture P/N 377500TF1-1001, qty 1 each; Honing Main Landing Gear Shock Strut Tool Set P/N 901-236-022-101, qty 2 each. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure the above listed items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. ), Bell Boeing Joint Project Office Patuxent River MD is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required items. Firms that recognize and provide these items are encouraged to identify themselves. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
