- The US Army medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Quigen Inc., Valencia, CA 91355, on a sole source basis, for the purchase of resin used for protein purification of a Malaria Vaccine candidate. To switch to another vendor at this point in the studies could result in the invalidation of studies completed to date and therefore result in the duplication of costs to the Government. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procuedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
