- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RMB00080039. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-23. This is not set-aside, but solicited under Full and Open Competition. NAICS Code is 312111, Small Business Size Standard 500. This requirement is to locate a company that can best provide an overall beverage contract for approximately 600 students living on campus at Riverside Indian School, located in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Beverages to include bottled water, enhanced water, sports drinks, juices, etc. Proposal should include (1) price of products available by case. (2) Information and cost of providing vending machines, which should reflect the structure and profitability for the school. (3) Sport Drink Sideline Kits (if available) for use by the athletic department and costs. (4) Any other school activity programs that your company may provide. Vendor will be responsible for delivery of items as needed. Period of contract will be from 8/15/08 through 6/30/09, and will include four (4) option years. Proposals should include the prices for each additional option year. Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to OfferorsCommercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision at 52.212-2, EvaluationCommercial Items apply and proposals will be evaluated on vendor qualifications, experience, overall best benefit for the school and price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and CertificationsCommercial Items, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and ConditionsCommercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive OrdersCommercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
