- Niobrara National Scenic Riverways intends to award a 4 year contract for office rental space to Keech Trade Center, Inc. on a non-competetive basis. Niobrara National Scenic Riverways has been renting office space from Keech Trade Cener, Inc for the past five years and 8 months. It is the National Park Service's intention to establish a contract for continued rental of this office space until such a time as it is no longer needed. Market research was conducted in the area and this office space was found to be suitable to the National Park Service's needs and the rental amount comparable to similar facilities in the area. Award amount for the base year contract, three (3) months, is $2,400. The total amount for the base year and three renewable option years is anticipated to be $33,600.00, depending on the need.
