- Mt. Home AFB, ID; Malmstrom AFB, MT and surrounding area activities requires bread and bakery products for deliveries commencing November 02, 2008 through October 31, 2009. This is a one year contract. All prices will be firm fixed with the contract being which is an indefinite quantity contract. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency. All questions concerning the this solicitation should be directed to the Contract Specialist: Rhonda Freeman at 215-737-0895. Availability of Solicitations: FAR 5.102(d) applies as DSCP no longer issues solicitations or amendments in “paper” form.” Copies of this solicitation can be found, viewed and downloaded at the following website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Offerors should register to receive notification of this solicitation and any subsequent amendments. The anticipated date of the solicitation issuance- July 30, 2008
