- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake, CA intends to issue a full and open competitive solicitation utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items for electrical and electronic components. Award will be made utilizing FAR 13.5 Test Program For Certain Commercial Items. The Government reserves the right to award more than one contract for the items required in this solicitation. The Government intends to procure various types and quantities of microcircuits MILSPEC #MIL-M-38510/119, black power filter, Diode MIL SPEC #MIL-PRF-19500/420, transistor MIL SPEC # MIL-PRF-10500/385, filter MIL SPEC # MIL-F-15733/38, capacitors MIL SPEC #'s MIL-PRF-39003/1, MIL-PRF-39003/3, MIL-PRF-39014/1 and MIL-PRF-39014/2, and resistors MIL SPEC # MIL-PRF-55182/1. Complete descriptions, including part value, any known part numbers, quantities and required deliveries will be listed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) which will be available on or about 04 Aug 2008 and close on or about 18 Aug 2008. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) at http://neco.navy.mil and the FEDBIZOPS website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. All contractors submitting a quote must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Contractors may register in the CCR at https://www.ccr.dlis.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. All quotes must be FOB Destination. Anticipated award date will be on or about 12 Sep 2008.
