- The Bureau of land Management, Alaska State Office has a requirement to purchase Power Amplifiers for existing Alcatel MDR8502-2-33-HS microwave radios located in Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name or Equal 4 ea +33dBm P.A. Amplifiers for the Fairbanks System- Alcatel part number 3EMO9037AA- 4 ea +33dBm P.A. Amplifiers for the Anchorage System- Alcatel part number 3EMO9037AA - 4 ea Fan shelf assembly, Non NEBS Alcatel part number #EM19149AA - Capacity Upgrade 2DS1 to $DS! For the Fairbanks System 8 ea Alcatel part number 967-1609-002 - 2 ea 16 position DS1 Panels to include cabling for Fairbanks System Alcatel part number 695-7816-001. This request shall include the cost of installation for the listed items. The contractor shall install, align, and certify the microwave system back to the original specification equipment. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. Quotes must include specifications and printed history of or equal product for review, and must certify the equal product will be warranted for existing equipment. Delivery shall be FOB Destination and delivered and installed by 09/30/2008.The NAICS code and the small business size for this procurement are 334240, 500 employees Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1(June 2008), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, which is incorporate by reference. 52.225-01 Buy American Act - Supplies (June 2003) (41U.S.C. 10a-10d).FAR 52.212-4 (Feb 1007), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable.
