- NSN 1650-01-114-2163, IQC07180009014, solicitation SPM4A7-08-R-0230, Filter Indicator. This solicitation is being amended to reflect an increase in estimated annual demand. The original synopsis stated an estimated annual demand (EAD) of 113 each for a Base period and for each of four 12-month option periods. The new EAD is 169 each for all 5 periods, with a guaranteed minimum on the base period of 42 each, and an annual maximum quantity of 338 each for each period. Also, the solicitation amendment extends the closing date for responses to August 1, 2008, and changes the cognizant buyer to Glenn Poole, at 804-279-2623, fax 804-279-6331, e-mail glenn.poole@dla.mil.
