- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division has a requirement for a "Gyro Stabilized Helicopter Camera Mount." This is a notice for a commercial item and is being issued via Request for Quotation N00167-08-T-0159 under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated. To assist in evaluating the technical requirements, RFQ N00167-08-T-0159 shall be posted in FEDBIZOPPS on or before 25 JUL 08.
