- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to negotiate on a sole source basiswith Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), 1710 SAIC Drive, McLean VA 22102-3799 for the following equipment: four (4) Ships Signal Exploitation System Increment E (SSEE INC E), 3-User Workstations and two (2) Rugged 46 LCD Assemblies. SAIC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and holds the proprietary rights to these components, which are the only compliant equipment for the SSEE INC E System. A firm, fixed-price contract is anticipated. The FSC code is 5895. The NAICS Code is 334290 with a size standard of 750. This is a notice of intent and is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may inquire about the process to have their products tested and evaluated for future procurements by submitting comments in writing to Contract Specialist Laurie Cordell, Code 226LC at laurie.cordell@navy.mil no later than 1200 noon Eastern Time on 31 July 2008.
