- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, MD intends to award a sole source to Penn State University, PA. "IF INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING SYNOPSIS, PLEASE REGISTER FOR THIS SOLICITATION: by emailing Susan Kilinski at susan.kilinski@navy.mil and include the solicitation number N00174-08-Q-0097 in the subject line; your name, your organization's name, and contact information (address, phone number and email address). Use your email "read notification" to confirm receipt of your registration email. The Government is NOT responsible for any undelivered email transmissions. Valid* registrants to this synopsis will receive an email from the Indian Head Contracts POC notifying them of the solicitations posting date. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. * All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code provided in this synopsis within Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov).
