- The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) is soliciting the opportunity for a publisher to produce a periodical on behalf of (no cost to) the South Dakota National Guard. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the Website, http://sdguard.ngb.army.mil and then by selecting Contracting.
