- Contract for fabrication and repair of artificial limbs for the VA Healthcare Center located at 5001 N. Piedras Street, El Paso, Texas. Services will need to be available in the El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico areas. Contractor may provide proposals for both areas or one area only. Services to be performed at Contractor's facility either in El Paso, Texas and/or Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has an ongoing program to furnish artificial limbs and related services to those veterans that require them and are eligible for assistance. It is VA's intention to solicit proposals and award multiple contracts on a competitive basis under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. Section 8123.
