- This procurement is a total Socio-Economic Small Business goaling Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Digital Aerial Photography. LOCATION: Pinedale Field Office, 432 East Mill Street, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. A performance period of 61 calendar days with a completion date no later than November 30, 2008. With an estimated start date on October 1, 2008. Solicitation to be issued on or about July 29, 2008.
