- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the U.S. Center for Army Analysis and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than full and open competition- sole source basis to CACI Technologies, Inc. The Government intends to purchase SIMSCRIPT Maintenance to compile and link the Combat Sample Generator Model along with runtime libraries necessary to run simulations. The proposed period of performance is for a base year of September 30, 2008-September 29, 2009 followed by two option years. This notice is valid until July 25, 2008 and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. REQUIREMENTS: 1.
