- The Air Force ISR Agency Contracting Branch at Lackland AFB, TX is soliciting quotes for the purchase of a Distributed Filter Tap. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) (Brand Name ONLY) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The brand required is AEROFLEX. The reason for this brand name only requirement is that is compatible with existing equipment. No other brand will be considered or accepted.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quote (RFQ) numbered F2MUTS8095A009. CLIN 0001- 1 – CS65022F-4G DUAL CHANNEL BROADBAND SIGNAL ANALYZER & SEN. SYS. (3 RACK CHASSSIS & RACKMOUNT MONITOR, KBD., MOUSE), CLIN 0002 - 1 – RF3G-INOUT (70 MHz TO 3 GHz MODULE FOR CS65022F SYSTEM), CLIN 0003 – 2 – DN/UP-CONV-512 TUNABLE DIGITAL DOWNCONVERTER, UPCONVERTER, CLIN 0004- 1 – USB-SB SOUNDBLASTER CARD FOR SYSTEM (PLAYBACK OF AUDIO FILE), CLIN 0005- SSD-HD SPARE SYSTEM DRIVE FOR SYSTEM (SYS AND AP SOFTWARE LOAD), CLIN 0006- 6 – RACK SLIDES, CLIN 0007- 1 – SITE INSTALL (2 DAY FOR SITE INSTALL & TRAINING), CLIN 0008- 1 – BSA-AM/FM/PM (SIGNAL ANALYSIS SOFTWARE), CLIN 0009- 2 – BSA-MODULATION DOMAIN SOFTWARE (ANALYSIS SOFTWARE, TIME DOMAIN).
