- The Contracts Department, Code 111, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, (NSWC PHD), California, has a requirement to procure, on a SOLE SOURCE basis, repair services for 23 each, Model V9517965/RGN651, 19 Monitors, manufactured by Barco Inc., Deluth, GA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to solicit only one quote as a sole source procurement under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. All potential offerors are made aware that the monitor units are used in support of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS).
