- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation willnot be issued. The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award a sole source purchase order for the acquisition of thefollowing: VAULT POWER SUPPLY, P/N: 227-8650, Qty 28 ea; Required Delivery: 30 Days ARO. The proposed purchase order action is for supplies/services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 USC 2304 (c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make award NLT 29 July, 2008. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist, ivy.furnace@lackland.af.mil, by the required response date. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are US or foreign owned. See Note 22.
