Description

The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source procurement using procedures under FAR Part 13.5 test programs for Commercial Items to Club One Fitness, 1200 Clay Street, Oakland CA 94512. The Coast Guard requires 150 memberships to a fitness facility (gym) in the vicinity of the Oakland Federal Building. Fitness facility shall be able to accommodate both male and female members during the hours of 5:45 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. Also, the facility shall provide the following lap pool, group exercise classes(at noon), cardiovascular equipment, weight machines, and free weights, Track. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT the facility shall be located within 10 minutes or.5 of a mile from the Oakland Federal Bldg. The base period shall be from Sept. 1, 2008 thru Aug. 31, 2009. Then there will be 4 one year options that may be exercised. This is not a request for quotation, however interested parties may identify themselves and their capacity to Satisfy this Coast Guard Requirement, if no responses are received within 7 days negotiations will be conducted with Club One Fitness.
