- This is to inform the below changes of the solicitation number W91QVN-08-R-TBDL: 1. The solicition number is changed from W91QVN-08-R-TBDL to W91QVN-08-R-0328. 2. The Description is changed as below: The US Army Contracting Command Korea has a requirement for operation and manning of the Korea Battle Simulation Center (KBSC) consisting of simulation services at Yongsan Army Garrison, Camp Casey and other locations as required. The services include: exercise design and planning, exercise control, simulation support, opposing forces, after action reviews, simulation to C4I integration and battlefield visualization. In addition, this contract may provides manning of an Operations Group in support of Korea Training Area (KTA) operations. The KTA is modeled after the Combat Training Centers principles in AR 350-50. It is anticipated that cost plus award fee contract will be awarded with a period of performance from 1 April 2009 through 31 March 2014 (Phase-in: 1 Mar 2009 thru 31 Mar 2009, and including option years). Solicitation will be issued/posted to Army Single Face to Industry (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) o/a 31 Jul 2008. It is anticipated that a Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Orientation will be held to explain or clarify specifications and requirements, and to answer questions. Please note that this conference is tentatively scheduled to take place for one day between 25 Aug 2008 and 29 Aug 2008 at Yongsan Army Garrison, Seoul, Korea and Camp Casey, Dongduchon, Korea.
