- Description
- The Capital District Contracting Center intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract via the 8(a) Competitive Program, for the provision of Facilities Support Services. The contractor shall be required to provide Visitor Control Administration (VCA), Public Affair (PA) and Operations support (OS) services to all employees and subordinate organizations (listed in the SOW) located on Fort Belvoir, Virginia as well as various geographic locations, both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS). Current known locations are Hawaii, Europe, Southwest Asia and South Korea. In providing VCA services the contractor shall assist the Government with security procedures by providing oversight and monitoring of all personnel entering Government buildings. Tasks for PA services include, graphics photographic, video and audio support. In providing OS services the contractor shall provide general day to day operations and administrative support to the Operation Division. Assist the government with maintain property book records, ordering and issuing of supplies and inspection of GSA vehicles. Assist with office reconfiguration as well as movement of furniture, equipment and supplies. Assist the government in providing oversight of building maintenance and security. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210. The size standard is $32.5 million. The solicitation shall be posted within 5 10 calendar days of issuance of this synopsis. All interested, qualified, 8(a) firms are encouraged to submit a proposal in accordance with the solicitation.
