- The Department of Veterans Affairs, on behalf of and as an agent of the Division of Strategic National Stockpile for the Centers for Disease Contraol and Prevention has a requirement for a day to day and emergency medical/surgical prime vendor program. VA/DSNS intends to award a requirements contract for a one year base period and four one-year option periods. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423450. Best-value procedures will be used and awards will be made on price and non-priced factors. Offerors must possess the experience, capabilities, skills, distribution facilities, products, resources, transportation systems and required web-based ordering systems to service VA/DSNS with the depth and breadth of medical and surgical product lines.
