- Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound, in support of Navy Region Northwest, is soliciting for a firm fixed price supply type contract for unigroup workstations, including reconfiguration of the existing workstations. The requirement is to be negotiated on a sole source basis for Haworth Unigroup workstations, with NuMark Office Interiors. The sole source is due to the fact that all new workstations must match and integrate with existing inventory of 40 workstations. Anticipated final delivery date is September 12, 2008. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 18, 2008 and will close on or about July 27, 2008. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Proposed contract to be procured using FAR Parts 12 & 13.5. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
