- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-08-T-0103: This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720 (Janitorial). The small business size standard is $15 million. FedBizOpps Numbered note 1 applies. The solicitation is for a commercial performance based service contract to provide janitorial services at the Pine Bluff Project Office, Pine Bluff Marine Terminal, and South Arkansas Construction Project Office located in or near Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of September 01, 2008 through August 31, 2009 and four annual option periods. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) and FedBizOpps on or about July 23, 2008. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance from the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S08T0103. The solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov, search for the solicitation number W91277S08T0103 in the sites quick search block. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Armys Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the CCR Internet address is: http://www.ccr.gov.
