- V - TRANSPORTATION, TRAVEL AND RELOCATION SERVICES. The Naval Air Systems Command announces the release of Request for Proposal (RFP), N00019-07-R-0052, as a Full and Open Competition under the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code Number 481219 for Commercial Air Services to support Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Fleet training missions. The RFP is electronically available on the NAVAIR web site, http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations/index.cfm. No hard copies of the RFP or amendments will be provided. All correspondence concerning the RFP will be sent via email to the Procuring Contracting Officer, Michael R. Powell-Salas, at Michael.Powell-Salas@navy.mil or Monica White, at monica.white@navy.mil. Naval Air Systems Command intends to hold a Pre-Proposal Conference on 30 July 2008 for potential respondents. The goal of the conference will be to respond to industry feedback/questions in regards to RFP number N00019-07-R-0052. The conference will be held at Patuxent River, Maryland an exact location will be identified by close of business 24 July 2008 to those interested parties. Parties interested in attending the conference are required to contact Ms. Kristen Adamski at via e-mail kristen.adamski@navy.mil. All interested parties should provide the following information: Organization name and address of prime contractor and any subcontractors (if applicable), primary Points of Contact (POCs), phone number and e-mail address of the primary POCs. We are requesting that the attendance be limited to no more than four (4) persons per Offeror team. Questions concerning the RFP must be submitted no later than 14:00 EDT, 23 July 2008 to the Procuring Contracting Officer at Michael.Powell-Salas@navy.mil or Monica White at monica.white@navy.mil. Please identify if the questions are authorized to be released to the public at the conference when submitted. If any questions are considered propriety, we will take the steps necessary not to release any proprietary information. We will make index cards available for questions that may arise during the conference. THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT, NOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED OR FOR ANY TRAVEL RELATED EXPENSES.
