- Environmental Control System Test Set Item 0001 AA, AB, AC: NSN: 4920-01-479-3054FX, Part Number: MT99250100-2. New manufactured only. The test set is used to check the operational effectiveness of the F-15 environmental control system. Requirement is for three (3) each (0001AA), two (2) each (0001AB), and one (1) each (0001AC) in the basic year. The approximate dimensions are: 18.5 inches nominal, 13,620 inches nominal, and 20.630 inches nominal. The RFP is being issued sole source to Manufacturing Technology Inc, Cage Code 1Z126, due to lack of a technical data package for this item. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 30 July 2008 with a response date of 2 September 2008. Delivery is 7 months ARO to multiple locations. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The RFP will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. (NO TECHNICAL DATA AVAILABLE) See Notes 22 & 26
