- The Federal Correctional Institution, Morgantown, West Virginia, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 11301-015-8 for various laundry items. These items include inmate clothing and bedding. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business, and the items will be shipped F.O.B. Destination. The Government may award items as ALL OR NONE. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after July 16, 2008, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s Federal Business Opportunities web site www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
