- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia- Construction & Equipment Directorate intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for NSN 4510-01-485-0765 (P/N/ D258SYS) Phillip Environmental Products (1NXM2) System Toilet W/Backpack Quantity 1084 Offerors that are not A approved source must submit traceability documents indicating the material from the source listed in the procurement identification description. A delivery time of 90 days ADO by FOB Destination is requested. The solicitation will be available to all interested parties on the Business System Modernization-DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Offers must submit their proposals to the Business Opportunities Office (BOO). The address for BOO will be located in the solicitation. Numbered notes 9, 13, and 23 applies.
