- Arcata Associates, Inc. intends acquire on a Sole Make and Model basis VariousSoftware as an Emergency requirement in accordance with the attached Request for Quote(RFQ).This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested perattached RFQ and are located in the attached WORD 9.0, file together with ArcataAssociates Terms and Conditions and Representations and Certifications. Vendors have six(6) days from publication of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their quote to the undersignedat the Internet Address or Fax Number listed below. All attached paper work is consideredpart of the RFQ. The Representations and Certifications must be completed and returnedwith your quote. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the releaseof solicitation amendments (if any). Responses received without the required informationwill be considered nonresponsive to the Synopsis. A determination by Arcata Associates tonot award this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based on responsesto this notice is solely within the discretion of Arcata Associates. When responding to this combined synopsis/solicitation you are required to inform thisoffice whether or not the products offered in response to this solicitation meet theTechnical Standards of 1194.21 for the specific line items cited above. Please providedocumentation such as your voluntary compliance template or other information thataddresses how your company meets the identified Technical Standards. If this informationis maintained online, you may provide a link or the URL address where the information canbe viewed.Oral Communications are not acceptable in response to this Synopsis/RFQ.
