- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Atlanta, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with BD Biosciences to provide BD FACSAria II Flow Cytometer for the VAMC Atlanta. The NACIS code is 423450. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their experience in providing this equipment to the Contracting Officer via e-mail or fax 334-725-2833. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received not later than 1:00 PM CST on 7/18/2008.
