- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number DLQ080042. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332999. The government has affixed the term"brand name or equal" to the requirements in this solicitation. Description/Specifications: Request for quote for Easy Fence Panels or equal and Easy Fence Panel Braces or equal. The salient characteristics are as follows: Easy Fence Panels or equal:48" High by 59.5" wide.All joints butt welded1" sq. tube x.065 = 16 Gauge Radii in tube bends = 4 ?"Rust resistant, color will be green Color = Green Easy fence panel braces or equal:40.25" high by 39.75" wideAll joints butt welded1" sq. tube x.065 = 16 Gauge Radii in tube bends = 4 ?"Rust resistant, color will be green Color = Green The Brand Name items and manufacturer can be found at www.easy-fence.com. The line item numbers are: Line Item 0001, Easy Fence Panel, ???.?????..?800 EachLine Item 0002, Easy Fence Panel Braces with Clips, ?..1,000 Each(Quote will include the number of clips required for installation.) Estimated Delivery Date: 09/02/2008 The delivery address is: Bureau of Land Management Shoshone Field Office 400 W F St. Shoshone, ID 83352 The FOB point will be destination. "FOB Destination" means that all costs for transportation or freight from the shipping point shall be paid by the Contractor and included in the unit price quoted for each item.
