- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, Utah, has a need to purchase R-56 Grounding Supplies/materials for 20 communications sites throughout the state of Utah. All items to be delivered to the Bureau of Land Management Field Office, 150 East 900 North, Richfield, Utah. Contractor will be required to provide all supplies/materials for each communications site for proper grounding to R-56 standards. This project is for grounding to R-56 standards only. The project is NOT to include any lightning protection devises and/or equipment. Contractor will need to include with their offer an optional cost for providing Engineering and Design Drawings for each of the 20 sites both Electronic and Hard Copy. The BLM may include this option in the final award at the discretion of the contracting officer. The NAICS number for this procurement is 335999. However, potential offerors should note that contractors with NAICS codes 238210 and 238990 may be interested. Delivery is to be no later than 30 days from contract award, or as directed by the contracting officer. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 1, 2008. Responses to the solicitation are due by 11:00 AM, August 15, 2008. Offerors are required to obtain a DUN and Bradstreet (DUNS) number (www.dnb.com) and register with the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award of a federal contract. Prospective offerors will be required to visit this website (www.ideasec.nbc.gov) periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents.
