- The 99th Contracting Squadron on Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to King Nutronics Corporation on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to procure repais services for the Model 3862 Air Data Calibrator manufactured by King Nutronics Corporation. The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other for other than full and open competition is 1U.S.C. 2304(c) 1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice solely within the discretion of the government.
