- PR IQC08128009001, Solicitation Number SPM4A7-08-R-1583, NSN 1620-01-161-8356, Bolt Assembly, Special for SH-60B/F, HH-60 Helicopter. This solicitation is a Navy Critical Safety Item, Sources are: Triumph Actuation System (33068) and Transaero Inc., (27541). Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand qty of 228 each for the base year and 228 each for the four option years. 192 DARO, The FOB point is destination, Inspection and acceptance is origin. Sole Source. Qualification Requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
