- PR Number 0015208874 FSC: 4240-01-016-0888 Nomenclature: Slide, Escape, Aircraft RFP Issue Date: 07/18/2008 RFP Close Date: 08/18/2008 The requirement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base period of two (2) years to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test program for Certain Commercial Items. The procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation has a minium quantity of 15 each and a maximum of 30 each. Awards will be evaluated utilizing the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The following number notes apply: 12, 22.
