- A pre-proposal conference will be held in Chicago, Illinois on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 beginning at 10:00 am. When arriving, please allow extra time to pass through building security. Anyone interested in attending must contact Helen DiMonte, Contract Specialist, at (312) 353-1189 by July 11, 2008 to register and be notified of meeting location. In order to keep the size of the potential group manageable, each offeror will be limited to three members for the pre-proposal conference. This number may be further reduced if it is determined a large number of firms will be attending.
