- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to issue a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract (with a 12 month base period and three 12 month option periods) awarded to New Governance, Inc, 2275 Half Day Rd., STE 350, Deerfield, IL 60015-1277 for: (1) Purchase and Maintenance support of 2,500 seat licenses, for New Governance Inc.s COTS software product Health Privacy Accelerator (HPA) which is being used to support EIDS Protected Health Information Management Tool (PHIMT). New Governance will provide software licenses, error corrections, product upgrades, and technical product support during the term of the contract. The HPA software product is a proprietary COTS product to New Governance. New Governance does not use resellers to provide software products or maintenance as verified by John Crewing, President, New Governance Inc. on 3 April 2008.
