- Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct an individual wastewater disposal system and individual water service line with connection a community water system, and pay connection fees to the Clear Creek Community Service District. Estimate construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. All requests for an RFQ must be made in writing before July 28, 2008. Any request made by telephone will be rejected. It is anticipated that the RFQ packages will be available approximately May 1, 2008. This is not a sealed bid governed by FAR Part 14. There will be no bid opening. Quotations will be evaluated using the criteria for small purchases in FAR Part 13; hence the information concerning the apparent low will not be available until award is made. This RFQ is not set aside for small business IAW FAR 19.1001, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
