- Requisition Number: FDA1045491 The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a purchase order on a non-competitive sole source basis to Affymetrix, 3420 Central Expressway, Santa Clara, CA 95051. FDA will purchase the following custom items: Line item 001: Array FDA_SEECA520628F Array format: 49-7875, quantity 270. Item number 520628. Line item 002: Shipping THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. However, sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capabilities, which will be considered by the Agency. A determination to compete this procurement based on response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All inquiries must be received by 10:00 AM (1000) EST on 14 July 2008 to the attention of David Kordel, david.kordel@fda.hhs.gov. The FDA intends to make an award immediately after the response date of this notice. The purchase order will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
