It is a Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies. A Government First Article test applies on 2 units. Purchase Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 84 pieces (See solicitation for additional details); Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested Delivery is 169 days AFAA; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
