- NSN 4720-00-684-4033. SPECIFICATION NUMBER: SPEC NR MIL-DTL-13444H, AMEND NR H, TYPE NUMBER TYPE 1, SIZE -4. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: MIL-STD-129P[3]. TOTAL CONTRACT QUANTITY [INCLUDES FOUR OPTION YEAR QUANTITIES] IS 677,305 EACH. UNIT OF ISSUE IS EACH. DESTINATION INFORMATION: FOB, INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE ARE ALL AT DESTINATION. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 90 DAYS ARO. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed contract is 100% set- aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of July 22, 2008. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/ specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (one base year plus one to four option years) shall not exceed five years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the 4720 Federal Stock Class. While price may be a significant in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited are: 1-4309; 4310-25857; 25858-34476; and 34477and up. This procurement is a Small Business (SB) set-aside.
