- The Center for Coastal Environmental Health (CCEHBR/HML), NOAA, Charleston, South Carolina has a requirement for a Continuous Dilution System for flow through toxicant delivery. Quantity Required: 1 ea. Place of delivery: CCEHBR/HML, NOAA, 219 Ft. Johnson Road, Charleston, South Carolina 29412, in accordance with the attached Request for Quotations. Time of Delivery - September 30, 2008. The acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is 6640 and NAICS Code is 541712, small business size standard is 500 persons. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned.
