Description
This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333518, size standard 500 employees. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following Part #’s: (QTY.1) U-15 Ultrafast laser marking system, or equal; high-speed/precision Galvanometer beam control; 163mm F-Theta focusing lens for a 100 mm x 100mm marking area; Nd: YV04 Crystal (fiber optic coupled); Diode-pumped laser source; 1064 nm wavelength ; Q-switched operation; CDRH class 1V Level of manufacture; Diode Controller; Diode-pumped power source (fiber coupled to marking head); TE cooling system; 19" Rack Mount controller; Input Power: 100-240VAC, 450/60Hz; Laptop Computer; RMI "Laser" Software, Windows platform, Serial communication; system manual; software manual; mounting stand; Z-axis standard Lab Jack (for use with class 1 or 1V systems); (qty.2) eye protection glasses (for use with class 1V systems); Installation/Training; Please quote all details listed above or equal. everything is (QTY.1) except the eye protection glasses which is (QTY.2).
