- This is a Solicitation for Proposals. Contractor shall have the capability for installation of a digital phone system at the Pawnee Agency building. This procedure addresses the telephone requirements to includevoice mail, new digital telephone sets, T1/PRI trunking, as well as any other infrastructure requirements solution. This work will support approximately 30 staff members, which includes installation of digital interface equipment for integration of the main and any remote locations.Qualifications; 3 years experience in the business of installing telecommunications systems, must provide a list of key installation personnel, completed at least five projects of similar scope that have been functional for at least one year prior to the proposal opening date.Proposals will be evaluated on vendor qualifications, experience, price, and project timeline.
