- Installation Acquisition Transformation (IAT) is an Air Force-wide initiative to modify contracting business practices in order to create a more efficient acquisition process. Please join the 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB WY in gaining knowledge of the future procurement business practices of our United States Air Force at the Continental United States installation level. An invitation is extended to Industry operating in Wyoming to learn more about IAT. Industry partners are encouraged to attend the briefing and ask questions during the forum on 15 August 08 from 1300 to 1500 at Laramie County Community College, Science Center Building, Room 121, 1400 East College Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
