- Under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, its the Government's intent to award a Sole Source to Impact Instrumentation, Inc., 217 Fairfield Place, West Caldwell, NJ 07006 in development and fabrication of Lightweight Trauma Module (LTM) test articles for airworthiness, operational, and limited clinical testing. This award is a continuation of research and development of new advanced medical capabilities to the LTM and are propretary to Impact Instrumentation. This is not a formal Solicitation. No Solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Reference: W806YH81212001. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. All quotations (with capability statements) received within 15 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities, proposal, or quote must be submitted to the following email address within 15 days after the publication of this requirement.
